The Carob Almond Bar is an 80g milk carob block studded with Australian roasted almonds. The brand makes it "from bean to bar" using Australian grown organic carob and real cocoa butter.

The base is the same mild, naturally sweet milk carob as the Original bar - 25.5% organically grown carob powder, Australian milk solids from grass-fed cows and ethically sourced cocoa butter - with roasted almonds for crunch.

It is aimed at chocolate avoiders who still want a substantial block: no cocoa mass means no caffeine. Good as a lunchbox treat, a coffee-time square or a chopped topping for desserts.

Store in a cool, dry place between 15 and 22 degrees Celsius.
