Buchi Hibiscus Galangal is a raw, certified organic kombucha in a 375mL can. Hibiscus powder and tea are blended with galangal juice into the base brew.

Buchi describe hibiscus as giving a tangy and refreshing flavour while providing an antioxidant boost, with galangal offering benefits similar to ginger. The result is a floral blend of sweet, tart and a slight kiss of peppery spice - and a striking deep pink colour in the glass.

This is the most floral can in the range, so it suits drinkers who find ginger-heavy kombuchas too warm. Serve well chilled over ice, or use as a base for a non-alcoholic spritz.
