Buchi Mama is the original in the Buchi range - straight-up 100% kombucha in a 375mL can with nothing else added. Buchi call her the OG, and she highlights the true essence of a traditional, authentic kombucha.

The flavour is perfectly balanced between sweet and sour with a hint of natural apple notes, so it is the reference point for the rest of the range. Kombucha has been brewed for over 2,000 years - tea fermented with a Symbiotic Colony of Bacteria and Yeast, carrying probiotics, organic acids and enzymes.
