BioCeuticals MTHF is a vegan folate supplement providing L-5-methyltetrahydrofolate (L-5-MTHF), the most active metabolite of folate. Because it is already in its active form (as Metafolin), it bypasses the enzymatic conversion steps required to activate ordinary folic acid.

The active form of vitamin B9 supports healthy red blood cell production, helps relieve fatigue, supports immune system function and assists in decreasing homocysteine levels.
