BioCeuticals LivProtect is a herbal formula containing herbs traditionally used in Western Herbal Medicine to protect the liver. It combines milk thistle (Silybum marianum) and globe artichoke (Cynara scolymus) with bupleurum and reduced glutathione.

Milk thistle and globe artichoke are traditionally used in Western Herbal Medicine for the maintenance of liver function and health and as a hepatoprotectant, and for symptoms of dyspepsia. Globe artichoke is traditionally used to promote bile flow from the liver and to support healthy digestion and the emulsification of fats.

LivProtect is a vegan formula supplied in 60 tablets and is taken as directed to support healthy liver function and digestion.

Each tablet contains: Silybum marianum (milk thistle) extract dry conc. 180 mg (equiv. to dry fruit 7.2 g, std. to contain flavanolignans calculated as silybin 144 mg); Cynara scolymus (globe artichoke) extract dry conc. 80 mg (equiv. to fresh leaf 4 g, std. to contain caffeoylquinic acids calculated as chlorogenic acid 4 mg); Bupleurum falcatum (bupleurum) extract dry conc. 20 mg (equiv. to dry root 200 mg); Glutathione (reduced) 20 mg. No added dairy, gluten, yeast or soya bean. Vegetarian and vegan friendly.
