BioCeuticals Iron Sustain is a bioavailable iron supplement combining iron bisglycinate (Ferrochel) with vitamin C and B vitamins, supplied as 30 tablets. It provides 24 mg of iron per tablet in a form formulated to be gentle on the stomach and better absorbed than some other forms such as ferrous sulphate when taken with food.

It is intended for individuals with inadequate dietary iron intake, particularly women with heavy menstrual cycles as well as vegetarians and vegans. The added vitamin C supports iron absorption and the B vitamins support red blood cell production.

The usual dose is 1 tablet once a day, or as prescribed by a healthcare professional. The product is vegetarian and vegan friendly and free from added dairy, gluten, yeast and soy.
