Vitamin B12 supports healthy red blood cell formation, nervous system health and energy production, and helps maintain B12 levels when dietary intake is inadequate. As a vegan-friendly product free from dairy, gluten, soy and yeast, it is particularly suited to those who may not obtain enough B12 from their diet.

Adults use one spray under the tongue once to twice daily, or as professionally prescribed. The 50mL bottle uses ethanol and potassium sorbate as preservatives.
