Belo Sea Moss Gel is a ready-to-eat wholefood gel made from gold sea moss (Eucheuma cottonii) grown on sustainable ocean farms and blended into a smooth gel in Australia. Sea moss is a sea vegetable that has been eaten for thousands of years, and naturally carries a broad spread of trace minerals - including iodine, magnesium, potassium and iron - alongside naturally occurring vitamins A, B, C and E.

Unlike dried or encapsulated sea moss, the gel form keeps the seaweed's natural polysaccharide structure intact. Those polysaccharides behave as a prebiotic: gut bacteria ferment them into fuel for the gut lining, which is why sea moss gel is used as a daily gut-support food rather than as a tablet or capsule.

Classic Lime is the original: gold sea moss with a squeeze of whole organic lime, lightly sweetened with organic erythritol and monk fruit. It is the cleanest-tasting of the range and the easiest to work into savoury as well as sweet food.

Each jar holds around 24 daily serves of 15g. Add a spoonful to a smoothie or breakfast bowl, stir it through yoghurt, or eat it straight off the spoon like jam.
