Description:

Antipodes Sparkling is a New Zealand artesian mineral water, gently carbonated to create a very fine bead. It is drawn from New Zealand's deepest artesian aquifer in the Bay of Plenty, where the water has filtered through dense volcanic ignimbrite rock and is 50 to 300 years old by the time it is bottled.

The water receives only simple microfiltration - no sterilisation and no additives. Its mineral profile is deliberately low: total dissolved solids of 130 mg/L, silica 73 mg/L and a neutral pH of 7.0. That low mineralisation is what gives it a clean, subtle taste and a silky texture on the palate.

Antipodes was the first bottled water in the world to achieve carbon zero certification (from 2007), acknowledged by the United Nations for environmental responsibility and certified by Toitu Envirocare. It has also collected multiple international water-tasting awards.

It is a fine-dining and wine-list style water - good for restaurants and cafes, as a non-alcoholic option at the table, or as a premium mixer. Supplied in glass only: 500mL (case of 12) and 1L (case of 6).
