Ancient Grains Organic Rye Seed Rolls are made using a rye sourdough base and are jam packed with seeds and grains to give you high fibre, low GI rolls.

Kibbled rye, red lentils, sunflower kernels, sesame seeds and poppy seeds all go into the dough, so every roll has real texture and a nutty, savoury character.

Four rolls per 340g pack. Split and fill for lunch, or warm through and serve alongside soup or a salad.
