How to use:

COLD: Simply enjoy with your favourite milk, yoghurt, sprinkle them on top of smoothie bowls or munch on them straight out of the bag for a tasty snack.

WARM: Add ¼ cup Buckies to ¾ cup of your favourite milk and heat gently.

Why is activation good for me?

Most cereals are puffed or toasted under extreme heat or pressure, which destroys their nutrients. We prefer to make the most of our ingredients, so we activate them. This starts with the sprouting process, removing the enzyme inhibitors & making nutrients available to nourish your body.
