Ora Health Iron Rich Tonic+ is a herbal oral liquid co-created with Australian clinical herbalist Erin Lovell Verinder. It pairs Ferrochel® iron bisglycinate — a chelated iron the brand says is extremely well tolerated by the gastrointestinal system — with vitamins B2 and B6 and a base of organic and biodynamic herbal extracts: shatavari, reishi, hawthorn, rosehips, nettle, ginger and green oats.

The headline positioning is that it is non-constipating, easy to absorb and genuinely palatable — the three things that most commonly derail iron supplementation. It is sweetened naturally with organic glycerol rather than sugar, and is 100% vegan, gluten free, non-GMO and made in Australia.

The herbs are chosen for their traditional blood-building and tonic use, with adaptogenic and nervine support from shatavari, reishi and green oats.

Adults take 20mL once daily, or 10mL twice daily; children 10mL once daily or 5mL twice daily, or as recommended by a healthcare practitioner. If any digestive discomfort occurs, split the dose across the day and take it after meals. Ora Health states it is suitable for children, pregnancy and lactation.
