The blend includes ziziphi (sour jujube) seed, lily bulb and poria, all traditionally used for calming, together with rose petals, mulberry, blackberry and liquorice for a gently sweet, floral cup. It is made from 100% natural herbal ingredients, with no caffeine and no artificial colours or flavours, and is suitable for vegans.

Each box has 15 tea bags. Steep one tea bag in a cup of hot water and enjoy it in the evening as part of a calming bedtime routine. Contains gluten (barley).
