It's also great for gelling foods - making treats including gummies, jellies, marshmallows, mousse and more - or thickening up sauces and gravies. Gelatin has a neutral flavour and is unflavoured in cooking and sweet treats.

Collagen is the most abundant protein in the human body, found in skin, bones, muscles and connective tissue. Gelatin is a form of collagen and naturally contains a large amount of beneficial amino acids that aren't commonly consumed in the western diet, but support wellness from the inside out.

Each 10 g serve delivers 8.8 g of protein with zero fat, carbs or sugar. Third party tested for heavy metals and glyphosate.

Ingredients:

Australian Bovine Gelatin, Processing Aid (Sulphur Dioxide). Contains Sulphites. May contain milk, egg, soy, sesame, lupin, fish, crustacean, mollusc, almond, brazil nut, cashew, hazelnut, macadamia, pecan, pine nut, pistachio, walnut. Gelatin needs to undergo a washing process as part of its refinement which results in sulphur dioxide residues. Sulphur dioxide has not been added to the final product.
