It has a neutral taste and mixes easily. It is suitable for people following a low FODMAP-style diet who want fibre and probiotics in one daily product.

Directions: add 1 heaped teaspoon to a glass of water, add to smoothies or sprinkle on food. Introduce gradually and consume with adequate fluids.
