Caramel Wattleseed Native Clusters are Mindful Foods' answer to the perfect "Nom Nom" snack. Native Australian wattleseed pairs with the smooth, creamy and caramelly notes of dates, maple, mesquite and maca, rounded out with roasted coffee, vanilla and ginger.

The clusters are built on kombucha-activated nuts and seeds. Mindful Foods activates them by soaking in kombucha, filtered water and Australian rock salt, then drying at low temperature, which the brand says makes them easier to digest, more nutrient-rich and bio-available, and delectably crunchy.

Use them as smoothie bowl toppers, as a breakfast cluster with milk or yoghurt, or simply for snacking straight from the jar. The crunchy, nutty texture holds up well when scattered over other foods.

They are handmade in Byron Bay and made in Australia from at least 50% Australian ingredients, packed in glass jars or compostable bags. Best kept in a cool, dry place.
