STARDUST Cacao "Energise" is a certified organic nutrient powder built around Peruvian cacao, known as the food of the gods, and its naturally occurring theobromine. The brand's approach is to use food as medicine in everyday life, to help realign us to a state of balance.

Cacao is combined with a medicinal mushroom complex of cordyceps, lion's mane, reishi and chaga, plus maca, mesquite, cinnamon and rhodiola. The result is an uplifting blend the brand says is suitable for day or night.

For a hot or iced chocolate, add 1-2 teaspoons to 1 cup of hot milk, or serve cold over ice. For a smoothie, blend 1-2 teaspoons with 1 frozen banana, 1 cup milk, 1 cup water and 1 tablespoon of chia or flaxseed, with optional plant protein.

It can also be made into raw chocolate: mix 1/4 cup of powder with 1 cup melted cocoa butter, 1 tablespoon coconut oil and 3 tablespoons maple syrup. Best kept airtight in a cool, dry place.
