Maple Movement Sap Lemon + Salt (Sap Replenish) is a natural electrolyte energy gel made from three ingredients — organic maple syrup, cold-pressed lemon juice and Murray River salt. Each 32mL sachet pairs 27g of carbohydrates in a 1:1 glucose-to-fructose ratio with 100mg of sodium to rehydrate and refuel on the move.

Runny rather than gluey, it goes down without a chase and is designed to sit comfortably in the stomach during long sessions, thanks to a real-food formula free from maltodextrin, thickeners and emulsifiers.

Organic, gluten-free and vegan. Consume before or during exercise and every 45–60 minutes as needed, alternating with Sap Maple for longer sessions.
