Herbs of Gold Silica Hair Skin & Nails is a high-strength, comprehensive tablet formula that supports the health of connective tissue including hair, skin and nails. Each tablet provides 216mg of silica, the 'beauty mineral', with vitamin C, biotin, vitamin B5, vitamin A, zinc and the amino acids lysine, glycine and proline.

Silica helps maintain hair strength and thickness and maintains healthy skin by supporting connective tissue and collagen production. Biotin (vitamin B7) and silica support nail strength and thickness, while antioxidants reduce free radicals and support wound healing.

Adults: take 1 tablet daily, with food, or as directed by your health professional. Warning: when taken in excess of 3000 micrograms retinol equivalents, vitamin A can cause birth defects. If you are pregnant, or considering becoming pregnant, do not take vitamin A supplements without consulting your doctor or pharmacist.
