Herbs of Gold Bromelain Forte is a vegetarian friendly enzyme formula providing a high activity of bromelain. Bromelain is a proteolytic (protein-digesting) enzyme derived from pineapple (Ananas comosus).

Bromelain assists protein digestion and supports healthy digestion while retaining its biological activity. It also has anti-inflammatory properties, assists in healing minor body tissue injuries and helps reduce the symptoms of soft tissue trauma.

Adults: for digestion, take 1 capsule, twice daily, before meals. For soft tissue trauma, take 1 capsule daily, between meals. Or take as directed by your health professional.
