Herbs of Gold Breastfeeding Support contains herbs to support breast milk production in breastfeeding women. The formula combines Fenugreek and Blessed thistle, two herbs known as galactagogues, which assist in the initiation, continuation or augmentation of breast milk production.

Fenugreek is also traditionally used in Western herbal medicine as a nutritive tonic. Each tablet provides Fenugreek seed extract equivalent to 3g of dry seed and Blessed thistle herb extract equivalent to 1g of dry herb.

Adults: take 1 tablet, once or twice daily, with food, or as directed by your health professional. If you are concerned about the health of yourself or your baby, please consult your health practitioner.
