Vanilla Matcha pairs high-grade Japanese matcha with Grounded Pleasures’ raw organic vanilla sugar, made from organic Papua New Guinean vanilla beans. Grounded Pleasures has sourced PNG vanilla directly from grower co-operatives for years, and describes this as what they believe is the perfect vanilla matcha.

It is the mildest and most approachable of the three flavoured matchas, which makes it a good entry point for people new to matcha or anyone who finds straight matcha too grassy. The blend is already sweetened, so nothing needs to be added.

Serve it hot or cold. Whisk or stir into hot water and top with milk for a latte, or shake over ice for an iced matcha. It also works blended into smoothies and cocktails, sprinkled over yoghurt and granola, or used in baking. Each 100g box makes roughly 20 serves.
