Each olive is handpicked and pressed within 48 hours to deliver you the maximum nutritional benefits of this liquid gold. The Early Harvest cultivation process preserves the naturally abundant polyphenols (antioxidant) in the olives, to feed your body and mind with all the goodness that this ancient medicine has to offer.  

Our olives are not sprayed and our oil has been third-party tested to ensure there are no pesticides present in our EVOO. Made from koroneiki olives, a premium olive variety native to Greece, our oil is full-bodied, peppery and deliciously verdant.
