Every Bit Organic Kalamata Olives Whole are certified organic Greek Kalamata olives left on the stone, packed in a simple brine of water, sea salt and organic vinegar. Leaving the pit in place keeps the flesh firm and full bodied, and gives a naturally richer flavour than a pitted olive.

These are a true table olive. Serve them whole on an antipasto board with cheeses, dips and crusty bread, add them to a mezze plate, or use them in Mediterranean cooking where the olive is meant to be the star of the dish.

Supplied in a 295g glass jar and shelf stable until opened. Once opened, refrigerate and keep the olives submerged in their brine. Contains pits.
