Oil pulling is an ancient Ayurvedic practice of swishing oil around the mouth to support oral health. Dr Tung's Oil Pulling Concentrate takes an organic sesame oil base and infuses it with 24 whole herbs and botanicals — not just a few essential oils — following a traditional recipe of plants chosen for their oral-care qualities.

It contains no mint and no synthetic flavours, letting the botanicals do the work. As a concentrate it goes a long way: use around a tablespoon undiluted, or blend one part concentrate with three parts organic carrier oil such as coconut, sunflower or non-toasted sesame. Swish for several minutes, then spit out (never swallow) and rinse.
