This mix was created in honour of Mick Hull, Pam Brook’s father. Mick was a legendary ski pioneer who climbed Victoria’s highest alps until he was 82. Mick always packed a home-made blend of delicious chocolate, fruit and nuts which we have recreated for your enjoyment.

This homemade blend features Belgium dark chocolate and oven roasted Australian macadamias with premium pistachios, almonds, dried cranberries, muscatel grapes and seeds in a light dusting of Australian pink lake salt.

Nuts (37%) (Macadamias (33%) Almonds, Pistachios), Fruit (30%) (Dried cranberries  (57%)(Cranberries(63%), Sugar, Sunflower oil),Dried muscatels (43%)), Chocolate(13%)(cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, Soya lecithin, Natural vanilla flavour),Pumpkin kernels, Sunflower kernels, Macadamia oil, Sea salt.
