Mega B Q10 is an activated B-complex with coenzyme Q10 in a one-a-day soft capsule, available in 30, 60 and 120 capsule packs. It combines the active forms of vitamins B2 (riboflavin sodium phosphate), B6 (P5P) and B9 (folinic acid) with B12, vitamins A, D3 (1000 IU) and E, biotin and 30 mg CoQ10.

The B vitamins support energy production and energy levels, help relieve fatigue, support nervous system function and healthy red blood cell production, and together with folate and B12 help lower homocysteine. Vitamin E and CoQ10 provide antioxidant support, while vitamins A, D, B9 and B12 support immune system function and B5 supports a healthy stress response.
