Mega B-Q10 is an activated B complex combined with Coenzyme Q10, supplied as one-a-day soft capsules. It provides a full spectrum of B vitamins together with vitamins A, D3 and E, biotin and CoQ10 to support energy production and heart health.

The B vitamins support energy levels, help relieve fatigue and support healthy nervous system function, while helping to decrease homocysteine levels and supporting healthy red blood cell and haemoglobin production. CoQ10 provides antioxidant activity to help reduce free radicals.
