InNatal Plus Iron is a soft-capsule preconception, pregnancy and breastfeeding multivitamin providing a broad range of vitamins and minerals, including a gentle, bioavailable form of iron (iron II glycinate), activated folate, iodine, choline, vitamin D3 and vitamin K2 (menaquinone-7).

It is formulated for women who are trying to conceive, are pregnant, or are breastfeeding, to help support women's preconception health, healthy pregnancy and healthy foetal development, and to help maintain micronutrient levels during breastfeeding.

The usual adult dose is one capsule twice a day with food, or as professionally prescribed. The formula contains soya bean products and sulfites.
