InNatal Plus Iron is BioCeuticals' practitioner-only pregnancy multivitamin in a 90 soft-capsule pack. It provides a comprehensive blend of vitamins, minerals, choline and inositol formulated to support women's preconception health, a healthy pregnancy and healthy foetal development, and to maintain zinc, vitamin D and iodine levels in breastfeeding women when dietary intake is inadequate.

The formula uses activated nutrients, including active B2, active B6 (P5P), folinic acid plus levomefolic acid (5-MTHF), and mecobalamin (active B12), together with 1000 IU of vitamin D3 and vitamin K2 as menaquinone-7 (MK-7) per daily dose. The iron is supplied as iron (II) glycinate, a well-tolerated, bioavailable form that is gentle on the digestive system.
