Alter Eco Truffle Thins are where a chocolate bar meets a chocolate truffle: a thin 60% cacao Ecuadorian dark chocolate shell wrapped around a soft truffle centre, scored into thin squares.

The Mint Crème centre is a smooth five-ingredient filling of organic coconut oil, raw cane sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk and organic peppermint oil – the mint flavour comes from real peppermint oil rather than a synthetic flavouring. Alter Eco describes it as an irresistibly cool combination of deep Ecuadorian cacao and sweet peppermint.

It is a natural after-dinner or with-coffee chocolate, and a cleaner-label alternative to conventional mint-filled bars. Please note it contains milk and coconut, so it is vegetarian rather than vegan.

Alter Eco is a Certified B Corporation whose cacao is certified organic and Fair for Life fair trade certified, grown by farmer co-operatives using regenerative agroforestry – planting timber, banana and legumes alongside the cacao to rebuild soil health.
