1839 Honey UMF Manuka Honey 20+ is the top of the Reserve range — a rare, high-potency raw manuka honey from remote New Zealand forests, independently certified UMF 20+ | MGO 850. Very little manuka nectar reaches this grade, which is why it sits at the premium end of the range.

The texture is velvet-smooth with refined micro-crystals, the product of the proprietary Triple Churned™ method carried out over three days. The flavour is rich and concentrated, with warm, earthy tones and a full-bodied finish that lingers.
